Crying wolf is not protected speech

Pelosi is proof anyone can be an elected official. You don't have to actually know anything.

If Pelosi isn't proof enough there are Maxine. Lee and that guy that thinks Guam might capsize.
Then there Washerwoman.
But why stick to Democrats. The Senate voted to make John Kerry Secretary of State by 92 votes and then the Republicans there brought Mitch McConnell back to be majority leader. Some really stupid people are politicians, and most of them are lawyers.

Power with Control
Is everyone missing this bit or am I crazy....?

The Constitution does not say that a person can shout — yell wolf in a crowded theater,” Pelosi said, stumbling. “If you are endangering people, then you don’t have a constitutional right to do that.”

Whats sticking out to me is that she apparently thinks of the Bill of Rights as being restrictive on citizens, that if it doesn't say you can do it, it's prohibited. Sort of like the attitudinal difference between the Navy and Air Force.

1. Navy - Unless a thing is specifically prohibited, it's allowed.

2. Air Force - Unless a thing is specifically allowed, it's prohibited.

Sorry, Nancy, No 2 isnt it works.
