I wonder if all those people the Gov relocated from NOLO back in 2005 in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina are wishing they had gone somewhere else, than Houston
granted it has been quiet in the last 12 yrs ....

Couldn't imagine losing everything you own once, let alone twice.

I went to NOLA a few years ago and went on a "swamp tour". The guide was a good ole boy who's never been out of the bayou. He showed us the rings on the tree tops where the water was during Katrina. Pretty powerful feeling looking up 25 feet over your head and imagining the entire place under water.
