Recommendation for moving grandfather clock

I have a beautiful grandfather's clock that I need to have moved only four house's away to its new home. It's a short move, but I need someone who knows how delicate they are and will take good care of it. thanks

Since it's so close of a move, have you considered renting a dolly, straps and moving blankets? Wrap, strap and roll!

Call a local clock shop, I would believe that those that sell them, move them or know who does.
To move it,
I would guess remove the pendulum and weights, and wrap it up in blankets.
Maybe the owners manual has how to move it.
Good Luck.
