The Center for Children is now offering Stewards of Children Training to community organizations. The program teaches adults how to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. It is designed for organizations that serve youth and for individuals concerned about the safety of children. The program is the only nationally distributed, evidence based program proven to increase knowledge, improve attitudes and change child protective behaviors. The cost is $125 for an organization plus $10 per person for a training book. If you are interested in bringing this training to your organization, please contact Sarah Ortiz at 301-609-9887 ext. 134.
