Watch the sale ads, about once a month you can catch a BOGO sale. The salt content is a natural preservative and it will keep until the rapture!

Ever grilled it with a pineapple juice/brown sugar glaze, or marinated in teriyaki? Mmmm

To be honest I never thought of trying to make a gourmet meal out of it.
    I just fry it.
But maybe I will give a try to some of the more interesting menus for it.

    Good through nuclear winters, too!

Did you know there is a teriyaki Spam?

    Who knew?

    But wait! There's more!

    Bacon?
    Jalapeno?
    Chorizo?
    Mezclita? (WTF???)

Way more than just the "classic" flavor.

No I didn't. I did know about the bacon and jalapeno though.

I wonder if the teriyaki flavoring is very strong? Sometimes too much can get a little overwhelming so I don't marinate it long, more like a baptism.

I do the same when I use teriyaki for chicken. No clue on how strong the Spam teriyaki flavor is and I don't intend to find out.
