But let's really look at this: Imran killed an unborn baby, or fetus, and is being charged for doing so. Abortionists do this sort of thing every day. The difference between the two, of course, is whether the woman desires to kill the unborn child. One is condemned as a heinous act of murder, the other commended as an exercise of a woman's "right."

Even pro-abortion advocates recognize the moral dilemma. Discussing potential and actual pro-life legislation to protect unborn babies from wrongful-death, Caitlin Borgmann of the American Civil Liberties Union's Reproductive Freedom Project in New York asked: "Ultimately, if harming a fetus is criminal in one context, why wouldn't it be in another?"

Of course, Borgmann's callous plan would be to strip unborn babies of any and all separate legal rights. "All of this is intended to take attention away from the woman, and define the fetus as a separate legal entity," she criticized.

But this, too, causes a problem for the "pro-woman" feminists. Here's an example: Natasha Bergman was two months pregnant when her boyfriend assaulted her, causing her to miscarry. This vile excuse of a man was only charged with a third-degree misdemeanor though he killed her child.

This has been argued before when a woman loses a child because of an auto accident or other incident.
Sometimes the other driver is charged with vehicular homicide.
