Theft Suspects- ID Needed

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the persons pictured. On December 18, 2017, while at the Walmart, located in California, Maryland, the suspects placed a 50” Samsung TV into a cart and left the store without purchasing the television.

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On December 6, 2017, at approximately 3:40 AM, the individual burglarized a vehicle at Cliff’s Heating and Air, located in Mechanicsville, Maryland. The suspect stole a generator and power tools from the vehicle and placed the items in a white Chevrolet truck with symbols/lettering on the doors.

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On December 14, 2017, between the hours of 2:00-3:30 PM, in the area of Cat Creek Road and Holly Lane, in Mechanicsville, several individuals had their mail stolen from their mailboxes. This vehicle was captured on a home surveillance system, and the vehicle is observed pulling alongside a mailbox so the operator could have access to the mailbox. The suspect appears to be a white female with blondish hair, and the vehicle the suspect is operating is a white Kia Forte with a sunscreen protector in the left rear passenger window.

On December 22, 2017, at approximately 4:50 PM, the female suspect burglarized the St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds Office, located in Leonardtown, Maryland. During the time of the burglary, the pictured silver colored SUV was in the area driving in a suspicious manner on Fairgrounds Road.

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the whereabouts of James Reginald Flanagan, age 21, of Temple Hills.

On November, 11, 2017, deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of River Bay Townhomes, in Lexington Park, for the report of a shooting. Through the course of the investigation, Flanagan was developed as a suspect. Flanagan is currently wanted on the following charges:

ATTEMPTED 1ST DEGREE MURDER
ATTEMPTED 2ND DEGREE MURDER
ASSAULT 1ST DEGREE
ASSAULT 2ND DEGREE
FIREARM USE/FEL-VIOL CRIM
HANDGUN ON PERSON

SUSPECT IDENTIFIED

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On January 4, 2018, at the Walmart located in California, Maryland, the suspect attempted to leave the store without paying for a cart full of merchandise. The suspect was confronted by an employee of Walmart, at which time the suspect fled the scene.

The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office is seeking the identity of the persons pictured. On December 31, 2017, the suspects removed tools from a display at the Lowes Home Improvement store located in California, Maryland. The suspects then attempted to return the tools as well as lumber they had taken from the store, for a cash refund. The suspects were successful in getting money for the lumber, however the tools were not accepted for return; the suspects then left the store with the tools.

The athletic field is located at the intersection of Asher Road and Cox Drive in Mechanicsville, Maryland.

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On September 6, 2017, five suspects entered the Chick-fil-A Restaurant, located in California, Maryland, and removed a large water jug the establishment was using to collect monetary donations for Hurricane Harvey victims. The suspects were last seen leaving in a light colored SUV; possibly a Toyota RAV4. All of the suspects have since been identified except for the suspect pictured who is possibly named “Jay” or goes by the nickname “Jay”.

The two pictured individuals are wanted for questioning regarding a fraud which occurred on April 25, 2017. The victim was approached by two individuals claiming to be from Africa and only in the United States to collect a civil settlement worth millions of dollars. During the course of the conversation, both suspects attempted to defraud the victim through deception stating they needed money to process the settlement, and after which the victim would receive a sum of money for their help.
