E85 fuel

MADPEBS1

Man, I'm still here !!!
anyone use E85 for their vehicles? My new used car can use E85, would be cheaper than the premium only other option...

I see many vehicles with flex fuel on rear, I did a search and there aren't any stations that carry around here (Southern Md), would have to go to Annapolis, not worth it. Or would it for 1.00/gla less????

I wonder about mixing premium and E85, does it change power out of engine etc

I use E85 when I can find it, but not around here. It's usually quite a bit cheaper than E10, you lose a few MPG with E85.

You don't want to mix the fuels, as per the manual. Let the tank go near empty before filling up with another fuel type. It can confuse the computer if you mix them.
