Appearing on MSNBC's "Morning Joe," Cruz answered questions on a number of "issues ranging from gun rights to Brooklyn barbecue," the WFB reported. Cruz and Scarborough got into a heated discussion over the 2008 Supreme Court ruling in Heller v. District of Columbia which protects American's rights to own firearms.

Things got especially heated when Scarborough said, “You know every American doesn’t have a constitutional Second Amendment right to carry an AR-15. Yes or no?”

After Cruz responded to Scarborough's baseless claims, Scarborough got nasty with him, saying, “Senator, there are a lot of people, lawyers right now, who are rolling their eyes at what you’re saying.”

Cruz put Scarborough in his place, firing back, “My career was litigating before the Supreme Court. I recognize this is not what you do.”

That comment section shaved about 5 IQ points from me for every one I read......

I'll skip it then. I need to keep my wits.

I don't understand why Ted Cruz or anyone else would go on Morning Blow. There's nothing in it for him.
