Are there any in St. Marys or even Southern Calvert? If so, where and when? This is for a grandmother who lost a grandchild.

You want to check with churches or some local groups on Meetup.com. Other than that the only other option is your local psychotherapist office. However, that can take time to get in etc..

There are a handful of "drop-in" groups in Calvert through Hospice.

St. Mary's Hospice has a few online resources, but mainly a phone line to call.

Compassionate Friends (they focus on child loss) has two applicable local chapters. One in Prince Frederick, one in Leonardtown. The Prince Frederick chapter meets the 4th Monday of each month and the Leonardtown Chapter meets the 2nd Thursday of each month.
