Accident?...Power outage: White Sands 5/2

Yesterday (5/2) 6:30 (ish)
Lost power for about two hours.
Small fire broke out too.
Was hoping to find detail here...but the forums have become "thin" on local news.
Anyone know what happened?

I drove by it when they were loading the vehicles on flat beds. I think a SUV and a PU truck both with heavy front end damage. It had traffic hosed up and I know the light to Calvert Cliffs wasn't functioning.
