Republitards: "Business owners should have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason."

RedHen to Sanders: "GTFO".

You seem to have a problem understanding what rights are. She of course has the right to refuse service. And private citizens have the right to complain, and make it known how they feel about that refusal. The govt may not punish her for practicing that right. As long as she's not refusing based on protected class status. And I can lodge negative yelp reviews saying that a place that refuses based on who you work for is a place I would never eat. Thats my right. I haven't, aand wont, but I could.

Your facts are way off. The baker didn't refuse to bake the gay couple a cake; he just refused to bake the kind of cake they wanted. The baker doesn't refuse service to anyone. The baker received death threats. The baker received hostile reviews and protests. This whole thing was dragged into court and he ultimately won.

The owner of the Red Hen refused service to a specific group of people. The group left without incident. No protests. No death threats. No lawsuits.

This goes both ways you know. You people on left got all riled about the baker while supporting what the Red Hen did. So, you can climb down from your high horse and place a discriminating mirror at your own face. You people on the left, when offended, lose your sanity and do all you can to destroy that which offended you. You've become just plain ugly. Hateful. Vengeful. You people are shameful in your hate. And the scary part about it is, you don't even see it.

Your reading comprehension sucks, nobody has said that she can't refuse service. We just want her to pay the consequences for a poor business decision. If her business should go under, because of this, so much the better. That's how free enterprise works.

So does your comprehension.

You're being ridiculed and lampooned because you don't want a baker who refuses to bake some cake for a homo wedding to pay any consequences. In fact you want them rewarded. You are as bad as the lefties you've taken as your sworn life enemy.

No one is taking Red Hen to court.

And no one will.

UNLIKE the other instances you're citing. So your point is moot.

We don't mind the baker facing consequences, we just don't want the baker to face govt consequences. Big difference. If the gays wanted to stage a boycott, more power to them. That's commerce. What we objected to was the govt stepping in and forcing the baker. And guess who the SC court sided with? Our point of view. That the govt steeping in the beat up the baker for the gay couple was a Bad Thing.

When you have to misstate your opponents case to make your own, it's a good sign that your case is weak.

You're wrong.

Not every single state recognizes gay as a protected class, and there have been lots of gay couples getting denied cakes that didn't involve the force of government.

You missed the point, neighbor. Initially, it WAS all about the ability to refuse service due to philosophical/political/religious beliefs. But then the Left & its xuddies & fellow travelers decided that was "unkosher." (Sorry, I better say "not woke" as using a religious term will certainly cause some to get all triggered (oh sorry, I can't use "triggered" either 'cause it's a pro-2A term); let's just go with "lose one's lunch.")

Bottom line: having been schooled by supposed educated betters the Normals finally got woke themselves and decided to play by the Left's rules. Sow the wind, reap the whirlwind.

AGAIN - NO ONE IS GOING TO TAKE RED HEN TO COURT.

This is a case of snowflakes behaving like jerks.
I don't want them to stop - I want the whole world to see what idiots on the left look like.

That's not it at all. We want the market to make those decisions, not the government. In the case of Jack Phillips, he was dragged into court and initially lost and forced to bake cakes that may go against his religious beliefs. It was later overturned. In the case of the Red Hen, there will be no protests, death threats, protests, or getting government involved in a lawsuit.

In these cases I think they are bad business decisions and want the market to decide. I'll say this... you people on the left tried to vilify Chic Fil-A out of business and it had the opposite effect. You haven't figured out that operating on the grounds of contempt, protests, death threats, and disparagement only makes you look like fools and will continue to be a losing strategy. I'll say again... keep up the good work.

I'm not being ridiculed because that one doesn't effect me on any level. If he does or does not suffer any consequences it doesn't effect me and I'll probably never know.

You are so worked up about this cake refusal thing but, you have no problem referring to them as "homos?"

Seems a bit odd. I am wondering if you are not actually someone who just comes on here and plays this MPD role in order to get conversations going or to get clicks. Interesting.

You completely miss the point. Sarah Sanders didn't file a lawsuit and get a judge to force Red Hen to serve her. She didn't even take to social media - one of the employees did and Sarah just confirmed what happened.

This is why you Lefties suck: you make flawed equivalencies.

If progressive types are OK with a Trump WH employee being shown the door, then they can choose to eat at her restaurant to show support. Those that disagree with this type of treatment to any customer can avoid eating there. This way both sides get to have a say in the matter.

That doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of why they suck.

The biggest reason they suck is because they clamor and beg for that which they profess to despise. They are so easily led that they hurt my teeth. They want socialism SO BAD! And yet if they had it they would be the first ones on the rickety raft outta there.

They're ####ing stupid and uneducated, and they dare to flaunt their ignorance and pretend it's enlightenment because some ####tard of a fascist elitist college professor told them it was so.

And it boils down to flawed moral equivalencies.
