I'm not a fan of yellow or red peppers. I love green and poblano peppers. The first two taste waxy to me. I'm not a fan of liver but there was a time in my life when I would order liver if it was on the menu.
I like mildly hot(spicy) foods but not 3 alarm or higher. I avoid farm raised seafood. Offal products aren't going to end up on my plate. I think that's normal for most people. I have ordered brains but that was almost 40 years ago and I doubt I'd do that now. I'm selective when I eat tomatoes. I don't want a bunch of them in my salad.
