we went to Peebles in PF yesterday...Routinely, everything is 40% off and the cashier (s) will give you coupons for an additional 5-10 % off on anything from clothing to homegoods like left handed spatulas....But what got me was 3 Christmas carols playing in the background....Christmas in JULY???????
