Nineteen months ago.

Two weeks before he was inaugurated.

That is how long ago:

Donald J. Trump was shown highly classified intelligence indicating that President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia had personally ordered complex cyberattacks to sway the 2016 American election.

The evidence included texts and emails from Russian military officers and information gleaned from a top-secret source close to Mr. Putin, who had described to the C.I.A. how the Kremlin decided to execute its campaign of hacking and disinformation.

He was briefed that day by John O. Brennan, the C.I.A. director; James R. Clapper Jr., the director of national intelligence; and Adm. Michael S. Rogers, the director of the National Security Agency and the commander of United States Cyber Command.

According to nearly a dozen people who either attended the meeting with the president-elect or were later briefed on it, the four primary intelligence officials described the streams of intelligence that convinced them of Mr. Putin’s role in the election interference.

They included stolen emails from the Democratic National Committee that had been seen in Russian military intelligence networks by the British, Dutch and American intelligence services. Officers of the Russian intelligence agency formerly known as the G.R.U. had plotted with groups like WikiLeaks on how to release the email stash.

And ultimately, several human sources had confirmed Mr. Putin’s own role.

So this just wasn't a bunch of sore losers or "deep staters" out to cast doubt on the outcome of the election (as I am sure the ignorati on here will claim). This included intelligence gathered from our allies (note...some of the same allies Trump now denigrates at every opportunity).

Yet, despite having been shown proof of meddling, our inglorious President stills muddies the waters every time this issue comes up. Still claims not to trust the intelligence. Still gets on his knees before Putin. Still can't come to say that Russia and Putin interfered in our election without immediately stating in the next sentence that "it could have been anyone".

Instead of working doubly hard to bring this country back together, Trump goes above and beyond to divide. Instead of working doubly hard to build up our relations with our allies in a worldwide effort to apply pressure on and isolate Russia, Trump does the opposite; spending all his efforts on isolating the US from its allies and attempting to raise the status of Putin and Russia.

Gee...now why would any of the be?

Did you read the article or are you just making stupid comments?

The point is that he has said at least a dozen times since then that he doesnt believe Russia tried to interfere in the election yet he was given proof before the inauguration.

You can't possibly be as dumb as you seem

We all know the answer - because they all thought Hillary would win and it didn't matter to them.
Further, any investigation might bite them in the ass regarding their own actions, so they didn't get all pissy until AFTER the election, and they lost.
When did Obama kick out all the Russians - Dec 26. One week after the Electoral College made it official.

Calling me names does not refute the fact (did you ever look that word up to find out what it means?) that either A) your boyfriend Barry and his intel cronies knew this was going on and did nothing about it; or B) it's a load of bull####.

According to your Democrat pals the "alleged" interference was known for eight months PRIOR to the election. There was plenty of time then.

They chose to do nothing because they were sure they had everything in the bag for the shrew. Democrats had cheated Bernie out of the spot, had the candidate they "claimed" was an easy victory and the Shrew had sold the Russians our Uranium.

How about all the weeks and months before then?..because the Child King certainly didn't learn about all that stuff right then and there when Trump was briefed.

Other Presidents have known about foreign election meddling forever. Why did Barry not get the memo until 8 years into his administration?

Is this what they're telling you bots to say? It may fly when nobody questions it and just repeats the talking points, but you really should have something to come back with when trying to peddle it to those who *do* question things.

Stop trying to twist my words to fit your narrative.

Of course we knew Russia wanted to interfere ( as we have always known) but we didnt know to what extent and how successful they were until recently. We also didnt have concrete proof which we do now.


Why can you not accept any information that isn't a conspiracy theory or rumor? You gulp those down and repeat them yet we could beat you over the head with true hard facts to no avail

You do know the defining characteristic of a conspiracy theory? Suspicion but absolutely no actual *evidence*.

What does THAT sound like, to any ordinary person?

The Trump collusion narrative?
