So our incompetent President is at it again. Wharton should rescind this man's degree.

Tweet #1:

Farmers have been on a downward trend for 15 years. The price of soybeans has fallen 50% since 5 years before the Election. A big reason is bad (terrible) Trade Deals with other countries. They put on massive Tariffs and Barriers. Canada charges 275% on Dairy. Farmers will WIN!

Here is your five year price chart of soybeans:

As anyone (especially a Wharton grad) should know, prices of food commodities are very volatile. Weather here, weather elsewhere...changing consumer preferences...currency fluctuations will all impact pricing.

Soybean prices have fallen over 20% since May. Why? Our incompetent President. His idiotic tariffs on Chinese imports were met with Chinese tariffs on US products AND China started buying soybeans from elsewhere (Brazil I believe). They did exactly what they said they would do if Trump installed his tariffs.

So, in a sense, the President is right, bad trade deals have impacted the price of soybeans, what Trump is trying to do is blame everyone else for HIS bad trade agenda!

See what happens when you pick the 5year vs. 1 year button? Surprising you were too stupid to figure that out.
