We need to close that loop-hole where friends and family members can just give away fully semi-automatic assault saws to other friends and family members without having to go through a background investigation or a waiting period.

he alleged victim died on the garage roof from 10 sharp force injuries across his face, neck, back, and extremities, the Herald reported. His jugular vein and carotid artery were both sliced.

A closed casket funeral is my guess.
Must have been a real macabre sight.

When you think that the saw has a guard to keep a person from being cut and in order to perform this act the person doing it had to hold that guard out of the way it seems a lot more like first degree murder and the death penalty rather than 40 years (maybe) and a $100,000 dollar fine that will never be paid.

If he's been working as a roofer for more than a couple weeks, the blade guard was probably removed or disabled.
