On Wednesday, Ben Rhodes, who served as Barack Obama’s Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategic Communications, where he famously lied about the Iran nuclear deal, ripped President Trump for revoking the security clearance for Obama’s CIA Director, John Brennan:

Rhodes' high-flying rhetoric was shot down by someone who knows how to shoot: Robert O’Neill, the Navy Seal who is claimed to have fired the shots that actually killed bin Laden during the raid on his Abbottabad compound on May 2, 2011:

To play MidnightSpanker here, Rhodes did not say that Brennan killed UBL, but that he was the White House point man.

I don't believe he was, but that was Rhodes' point - Brennan must be a good guy because one time he was in a room where people watched military people kill a bad guy (right before they broadcast to the world that he was dead and we had all of UBL's computers, so all the information on those computers would be useless immediately).

Brennan and the rest of the White House did everything they could to stop that raid, but good military leaders prevailed, thank goodness. Or, at least that's what we are told to believe. Who knows if it ever actually happened?
