Ohhh...that will be so helpful. So the street price of the drugs will simple go up 20-40%...causing the pill fiends to steal more things in order to get the money to feed their habit...GREAT IDEA!! Sounds like the same old stuff we've been doing for decades.
If your going to reduce availability, then you also have to increase access to treatment programs...duh.
Wait...we need a slogan...how about: Just say "NO!" Damn...that was used already...oh well I am sure Trump can come up with some other catch phrase while he is sitting on the can...it will be as useful as lipstick on a pig.
