You should, it's the humane thing to do. Assuming overwhealming burdens of built can be established, of course, I would rather let a person rot for 60 years than kill an innocent. But if I know they did it, and I mean really know, remove them from the planet. Hell, think of all the food I can save for the starving folks in Africa. Could support an entire family.
