There are three facts sheets on the "NAFTA" deal from the office of the US Trade Representative: https://ustr.gov/
There is nothing in here that makes this the one sided deal Trump said he would easily obtain. This is a basic deal that benefits both sides, therefore will likely have little impact on the US trade deficit.
So far this looks like a basic update of the existing NAFTA...no major breakthroughs...no decided advantage achieved by our great negotiator...and in the end, if Canada doesn't sign on...potentially no deal at all...."winning"??? Not in the sense it is thrown around on this site.
