Haven't Democrats always sought more power?
Those who believe we are just catching up with other states must be talking about other pre-dominantly Democrat States.

Frosh has too much power now and Hogan needs to jerk a knot in his ass, but that won't be happening.
I will be voting against him and the major reason is his stand against the President, and spending my tax money to do it.
