My own first thought was how can a large paper like the NY Times publish this sick sh1t and blame the anger in America on anyone but themselves.

I guess what I can't grasp at all is that they try to put the rash of violence squarely and exclusively on Trump -
and they publish this IN THE SAME ISSUE.

Do they not get what the rest of us can see plainly? That the PRESS is at least equally culpable if not more so?

The way they act, you'd think they've been kissing his ring for the past two and a half years.

I would say more so, since they've been getting away with the lies, deception and propaganda since the 80s.

They are far more responsible for the state of affairs than Trump could ever change.

If he didn't fight back at it like he does imagine what they'd have gotten away with to date!

Think of how many things Reagan, Bush 41 & Bush 43 let them get away with over the years.

Well another thing is we sometimes place the blame for our countries division on Obama and his racism.
And certainly some of the blame belongs on him.
But who got him elected?
Who refused to vet him
Who refused to ask for his collegiate records.
Who fawned over him and being such a nice well spoken black person.

It was the media, the Press that elected Obama, and they worked hard for Hillary, but her crimes preceded her.
No way they could hide them from a public who had watched her for so many years.

It's that flashy thingie, I'm tellin' ya. To be a "progressive" is to suspend reality and be in a constant state of flux because you are trying to process conflicting messages. This is probably why they're all so pissed off and keening in the streets.
