Tiki Bar, Solomons

littlelady

God bless the USA
The closing of Tiki probably really hurt the tourist revenue in Solomons, and surrounding area. I feel sad about that. Life is change, even when the change is not so great.

Also, hub and I went to Tiki twice when we lived in Calvert for 20 years. It was fun, but not really our thing.

Except I really like good sushi and sashimi. Don't know that they'll have it, but I'll have to try and give them the chance to impress me. Never did the time bar opening anyways.

I was kidding. I don't care about the Tiki Bar. But that place in Wildewood has bangin' sushi (or at least used to).

Unless it's like the place some friends brought me to in Saint Louis that catered to Japanese business men or the place in LA my cousin brought me to that was so Japanese you needed a translator to order, will likely not try it.
