Trump didn't smile when he met Macron or Merkel or any of the other world leaders who joined to commemorate the end of WWI. But for he buddy Vlad, well now, that's different!

Look at that smile!! It's like a dog wagging its tail when his master comes home! Notice none of the other leaders is smiling as they had to wait around for Trump's buddy to make his grand entrance.
