As usual you are wrong. FL. election law doesnt call for the election to called on election night if the vote tally's aren't their to support it which they were not hence the recount.

Say, Sappy...DeSantis is governor today. ;-) Broward missed the deadline...so their machine recount...did not count. (would have added some 700 or so votes to DeSantis advantage if it had counted though).

Kemp will be officially be governor of Georgia very soon, and by next week, that half-addled gasbag Nelson will be retired and Scott will be the new Senator from Florida.

Nope, not on election night and no one said that (not even Trump). But, there IS a timeline, and only democrat-controlled counties seem to have a problem missing that timeline. Sort of a "how many votes do we need? When we know that, we'll tell you how many we have!" This started with Chicago in the 1960 election, ensuring a Kennedy win, and continues today.
