THEY have a right to whip it out in public AND when they do - they want you to acknowledge not only that the boobs are there, but they want to subject to you their taking pics of themselves doing it, to post on all social media platforms! And it's not polite of you if you pretend not to notice, because they are doing it TO get noticed. So there is something seriously wrong with you if you can/won't/don't even try to notice them.
