To be fair, 2 points:
Whitaker HAS received Senate vetting when he was confirmed, by the Senate, to be the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa. No, that's not AG, but, essentially no one who has ever been acting AG has previously been confirmed as AG. So, the complaints he's never been confirmed by the Senate are factually inaccurate.
Mueller's position today does not require Senate vetting, as it is not a leadership position or prosecutorial position or any position with any authority that matters in the slightest. But, Mueller was confirmed by the Senate as FBI director.
So, to be fair, both points are both inaccurate, and meaningless.

In your attempt to be judgmental, you must have missed where I showed Whitaker actually was confirmed by the senate, and so was Mueller.
But, I'm assuming when you say that Trump was inaccurate, you are admitting Schiff is inaccurate in saying Whitaker has not been confirmed, and therefore Schiff actually is just being a whiney snit since he's wrong, yes?
