Pompeo was mostly concerned about the lack of diversity within the crew on set at Porter magazine.

Flexing her diversity muscles, Pompeo bragged that she told another director of an endorsement project she's doing that there is "not enough color."

According to the U.S. Census data, 60.3% of the population is white, 18.3% is Hispanic, 12.5% is black, and 5.7% is Asian.
