1. When will Congress appropriate money to tear down all existing border wall(s) along the southern border?
2. How much money has Congress appropriated to maintain the existing wall structures and when will that funding be ended?

I mean if it's immoral to build any new wall structures along the border, then isn't it equally immoral to have ANY wall structure along the border?
