Is there any way he can put her ass on commercial flights back and forth to California?
Let me just ask what bis so important about her trips oversea's that she should be out of reach of the Congress until the shutdown is over.? Her job is right there on the Hill until this is solved.

Why doesn't anyone on the left see that if the most pressing issue of the country is resolving the shutdown, that it's irresponsible to go on a trip
to Belgium while it is still going on? It was already ridiculous that they all went away for Christmas break and were unreachable, but now she
wants to go out of the country and leave it behind.

She is not forbidden to leave the country - she can go. Just not on the taxpayer's dime. This person, one of the richest people in Congress,
won't take her staff to Belgium on her own money, which she can well afford and can certainly appeal after the shutdown is over.

Well, just not using military aircraft on the taxpayers dime. Even if she were to fly commercial, no doubt we’d pay for it.
Would she be allowed to use donor funds for that? It is ostensibly official business she’s going in after all.

See, that's where I mentioned being able to appeal it later - she could try to get reimbursed and would almost certainly get it.
So - it's fussing over PAPERWORK.
