Depends on where it happened. DC/PG? When he was just a community activist(Don't you LOVE that term?), he was scheduled to speak before a group of PG County officers regarding their "reputation". Well he had his say, and opened the floor for questions. The VERY 1st questioner stood up with the old computer printout(perforated edges) flipped it open to about four/five pages in length, and asked: with a record like this why are you up there talking to us about how to do our jobs? They ought to make a Master Card(priceless) commercial about THAT!
