"Night Fall" by Nelson Demille

Railroad

Routinely Derailed
I just finished reading that masterpiece this afternoon. Mr. Demille is a huge talent!

The book is a speculative work regarding the suspense involved with re-opening the investigation of the wreck of TWA Flight 800, the airliner that crashed off Long Island in July of 1996. In a fascinating mixture of fact and fiction, Mr. Demille rapidly progresses from the scene of a memorial service to a race for the truth. Set in New York in 2001, the story captures reality in stunning detail and makes you think twice about the way things transpire and are reported.
