If you have the Navy FCU TravelValue credit card, be warned that they seem to have changed their policy. It used to be that you pick out your flight off the airline website, call them up and they will book that exact flight (at the advertised price) for your with your reward points. Not so anymore. Their new rule is that they will book you a flight at THEIR price, which is nearly twice the airline price.
