Anyone have an good resources for new farm purchase loans?
Or first time farm loans/or programs?

We're considering purchasing a small farm, but need some ideas on creative financing ideas with the current cost of land through the roof.

Is there a Small Business Development Office locally?

Not sure about the farm loans but Leroy is one good looking horse (no, not like that you perverts)
My aunt and uncle raised quarter horses for show and barrel racing up until they died a couple years back. Loved riding those horses,, like having power steering, those horses could spin on a dime at full speed.
