A Second Amendment group calls it a "stunning reversal." After denying it for months, the City of New Orleans on Wednesday admitted that it does have a stockpile of firearms seized from private citizens in the days following Hurricane Katrina.

I wonder how long it will take them to distribute all the guns back out?

One would think it would be common sense to record the model and serial number of any item that was confiscated, gun or not. Of course, when those guns are returned they will destroy the records according to Federal law.
