The name rang a bell - wondering if he is related J. Lyles.

ASSAULT ON POLICE: On April 15 at 6:58 p.m., Officer A. Schwab of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the middle of the 12800 block of Shiloh Church Road in Newburg. Officer Schwab activated the emergency lights on his cruiser and the vehicle pulled into a driveway. He called for backup and radioed the driver’s information to police communications personnel. The driver threatened Officer Schwab with a tree branch. Officer Schwab attempted to apprehend the driver and a struggle ensued, during which Officer Schwab deployed his Taser. The driver continued to struggle and a Maryland Transportation Authority officer who arrived on the scene helped Officer Schwab place the driver under arrest.
