I just read on another website that a tropical storm might go up to the Chesapeake bay part of Maryland sometime this week. I'll try to post a link or something. This is the Noaa website info.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

TROPICAL DEPRESSION 2 HAS FORMED SOUTHEAST OF THE NORTH CAROLINA
COAST. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THIS TROPICAL SYSTEM WILL TRACK INTO
THE LOWER CHESAPEAKE BAY ON THURSDAY...AND BRING TROPICAL STORM
FORCE WINDS INTO THE MARYLAND PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Please don't be surprised if my mom calls you in a panic because I've been swept away in a hurricane. I'm considering asking my neighbors to give me a heads up if for some reason we're evacuated, because I probably wouldn't know until I noticed that everyone in the neighborhood is gone. :lmao:

What do you guys think the span of this storm would be? I'm supposed to go camping this weekend for my birthday and I dont wanna get caught in it. Do you think Fredericksburg would be too close?
