Rating schools in Chuck County

I love it that the "ex-principal" of the school boasts that Jay Matthews of the Washington Compost rated this school in the "Top 100" in the country.
I ask, which country are we speaking?
I pulled up 96 schools in the "Free" state of Maryland alone that beat out
McDonough. Does a score of 30% on math proficiency qualify this school to
be in the "Top 100" or Exemplary?
Who's kidding who here?
Darned, that good 'ole boy system sure does work, doesn't it?

Also during the year previously mentioned HSA's were not required for graduation. You have to take into consideration that students had no real individual incentive to perform on those assessments. While there's no arguing that 57% leaves considerable room for improvement it is above the state average.
