Does anyone here have experience purchasing and building a steel garage?

I plan on building a 30x40x12 and have been doing the research.. I am looking at the Premier Steel company... any word on them or others? Quality, buildout ease, customer service?

still trying to decide on one big roll up or 2 also wondering if 2/12 pitch is enough on the roof...

any tips would be appreciated... thanks
