Anyone live in Wildewood Condos?

If so, how much do you pay in condo fees? Also if you don't mind posting what was your purchase price?

Yeah, I've got a place there. I paid $75k about four years ago and I think the value is up to about $82K now. Condo fees are $250 every three months. I think that's an average amount for the condo fees. I've heard some the pay more and some that pay less.

I lived in the condos for three years. My quarterly fees were $250 also. But the assessed value of my condo dropped from $72K to $68K. When I told someone that, they acted like I was stupid for not knowing that condos depreciate, not appreciate.
