Nice beach front cottages on the Barking Sands Pacific Military facility in Kauai.
Pay according to your rank..My girlfriend and I paid about $100 per day for a nice cottage with two rooms, deck, full kitchen, and cable tv.

It's practically a private beach. There is nearly never anyone on the beach because there are no tourists, and only locals who have passed an FBI background check can get on.
