Anybody speak/read Spanish?? Need help!

My 5 yr old somehow messed up the "language" on our Xbox and changed it from English to Spanish. Can't figure out how to change it back because I don't speak or read Spanish. Can anybody walk me through which screens to go through and what to change to get it back to English?? TIA.

Yes, but all the screens on the xbox are in Spanish so I can't read what is what.
