Tokyo Japanese in Waldorf?

There was supposed to be a Tokyo Japanese Steak house opening up in Waldorf Marketplace. Trying to find out if anyone has heard anything about it. The website said it was supposed to open in October but I still haven't seen anything about it or even where it would be. Figured that since the forum members seem to be the eyes and ears of southern maryland maybe someone has heard something.
