Nothing to do with the tree huggers or such. I watched it when it first ran on History a few weeks ago. It was a look, through science and engineering, at what would likely happen to all our human constructions if we were not around to maintain them. Part of the show focused on the abandoned cities around Chernobyl and their deterioration after abandonment; wouldn't have fit the Greenie's agenda when the researcher's advised the environment there was actually rather benign and habitable by anyone, but that the infrastructure had deteriorated so badly in such a short time that none of it would be economically salvageable.
