Well yeah. They're called contractions. They creep up on you, hurt like a ##### - then go away.


My wife had Briggs & Stratton contractions for, like 3 weeks before my son was born.





I know they're called Braxton-Hicks contractions. I'm just funnin'

Every week. They start real hard, Then just totally stop. Then few hour later back again. :shrug: :shrug:

Tigger, I think you have the idea that birthin' your little corn chip is going to be like poping a pimple. I am not a woman and I am not professing to know all about labor but I think you are in for a rude awakening when the REAL PAIN starts. Remember no drugs, do it natural.

That's what is supposed to happen, Tigger. Once they get more intense, they hurt like a mofo. You'll know then that you're in actual labor.

I did, but for last two classes I was Hospital with petream labor. So I missed the last two classes.:frown:

All the crapola you learn in the classes goes right out the window as soon as labor hits (at least that was my experience). Do yourself a favor and call the dr.

If you feel the contractions are painful enough and close enough together, just go to the hospital. Where is TWL, anyway?

Go take a long walk. It will help speed things up.

This is your first, so it isn't going to be quick. If you start having bad contractions, you'll have plenty of time to get to the hospital.


Now go take that long walk.
