It would appear that St. Mary's County has begun switching over to the EMD dispatching system, which adds codes to the initial dispatch to dictate the type of injury a patient has. It would appear these are only being used on BLS/ALS calls, and are not being used on MVA's, fire's, etc etc. I'm going to update the reference with the EMD codes.
