Can anyone here recommend a decent, affordable, programmable, passive scanner to this law-abiding, home-bound retired citizen in Wildewood? Apologies for all the commas. I'm not nosey or vindictive; just bored and curious. Thx in advance for the insight!
Anything that has trunking capabilities and can scan EDACS. Go to the Radioshack on GMR. They'll hook you up.
I like my Uniden BCD 396T - works great! I am sitting in SE DC listening to Charles County - not bad for a handheld.
