46660 Corporate Dr, Building #6. Called in by Washington Gas. Enroute from Waldorf
1136; 132 on the scene, laying it out from the hydrant. Taking a connection on side B, will be investigating.
1137; With the exception of the second due BLS ambulance, all units are either enroute or on scene
1138; Initial reports are the gas leak is in Suite 101.
1140; Reading of 173 and .3, now evacuating the building. Some people were sent home earlier that were sick
1140; They are not pulling the fire alarm until they're certain it's a gas leak. Unsure as to what exactly it is. Evacuating floor by floor.
1142; Reading is now 210 and .6 I believe, in one of the rooms.
1144; Truck 3 reports slight odor of a cleaning agent or paint
1148; 32's gas meter isn't picking anything up, 132's meter is going up and down on LEL and CO. Requesting a third meter inside.
1149; Second floor is evacuated, Squad 3's meter has normal readings.
1149; Not securing HVAC, five out of the six units are active
1150; Still reporting a slight odor of paint or cleaning agent on the first floor in quadrant A.
1155; Now getting no readings on all meters throughout the building
1158; Holding the call as a good intent, returning units when ready.
