Rocky Mountain High!!
hey appy!
if you can get someone to pull the shoes and do a trim, that's good (i'll add it in with the mare care unless you need it earlier). no need to re-shoe. i'm having the others done this week if i can get the farrier out before i bring them over to the new place. hopefully hubby will have the fencing up and ready by next weekend, he has a nice long 6 day stretch off (YEE-HA!)
I'll come get her one day this week or as soon as the fencing is up. We're moving most of our stuff over Sunday afternoon.
who does your farrier work, how hard are they to get and how much for a trim?

O-M-GOODNESS!! I didn't know they were that close! We were sitting on the porch at the new place wed night when they rolled in, we had just pulled in to drop off a load, and it was all we could do to make it onto the porch before it hit. 2 hunks of marble sized hail fell onto the deck, but the wind and hard rain were awful. :yikes:
